8.30am – Short meditation followed by Pranayama (breathing)
8.45am – Asana (postures)
9.15am – Savasana (relaxation)
9.30am – Breakfast & networking
In class you’ll be guided through the release of any internal tensions, feeling supported in body and mind. You’ll come away having found a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness.
Dawn is a 500hrs Yoga Alliance qualified teacher, all of her training took place in India and she has taught yoga all over the world. Moving, breathing and being at home in your body is the essence of her yogic approach.
This class is fully accessible to all levels, whether you’re a yoga-newbie or seasoned practitioner.
