Take-Two Interactive Software
The art-deco style building at 30 Cleveland Street in Fitzrovia is now home to 180 of Take-Two Interactive Software’s employees. The American gaming firm engaged Perkins&Will as architects for their first London office, bringing in Tsunami Axis to provide furniture specification and project delivery.
Take-Two refurbished the entire 40,000 sqft office space across six floors to create an office that put their employees first. They wanted an environment that would be both collaborative and comfortable.
Collaboration
Tsunami Axis was appointed to procure and deliver all furniture for Take-Two Interactive Software's new London office. Collaborating with Perkins & Will, we designed bespoke workstations and meeting room tables. And ensured that the furniture finish requests aligned with the project’s overall sustainability goals.
Challenges
Tsunami's 20-years of experience, coupled with its EU offices, allowed installation to continue post-Brexit and during the Covid pandemic. We consolidated all European-manufactured products into our Luxembourg warehouse before delivering them to the UK in a smaller fleet of Tsunami vehicles. Consolidating products onto fewer vehicles also meant we reduced the delivery carbon footprint, and were able to respond quickly to any border problems - guaranteeing on-time delivery.
