Dear Tsunami Axis Customer,

RE:  COVID-19 Coronavirus

At Tsunami Axis we are committed to providing our partners and customers with first-class service. Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to inform you of our measures to keep our customers and our people safe.  In order to continue servicing your needs Tsunami Axis will have a requirement to send both our own staff along with our pool of vetted sub-contracted labour providers on to your premises.  It is vital that during these visits all relevant precautions are taken.

First, we want to reassure you that we have listened to the government advice and will adhere to this advice now and as it develops/changes.

In relation to current Government advice, please note the following procedures have now been implemented. We have also included an overview of the procedures being implemented by the specific sub-contractor we have appointed to deliver your project in conjunction with Tsunami Axis.

Warehouse & deliveries:

Please be advised that we are still accepting deliveries as normal, however we have closed our warehouse to all non-essential visitors.

General Provisions:

All of our employees and contractors have been told to work to strict hygiene rules which include washing hands as regularly as possible for a min 20 seconds, use hand sanitiser if required, to avoid physical contact with and keep safe distance from the public and customer staff where possible.

We have also made it clear that any symptoms of COVID-19 must be reported immediately, and self-isolation must be implemented straight away for a minimum of 7 days.

Our employees and contractors will not travel abroad for Tsunami Axis business until further notice. Any personal travel by our employees and contractors will be declared and evaluated accordingly. We will alert our customers should resource levels be affected but for now we remain at full capacity. We are prepared to work out of hours where required to reduce the risk of transmission to and from our customers and our people.
