For AstraZeneca at East Brook House in Cambridge, Tsunami Axis delivered a three-floor pharmaceutical sector fit-out for 1000 end users, working alongside architects Space Invader to provide and install over 50 suppliers’ worth of furniture, including retreat rooms, lockers, multifunctional meeting rooms, desking and an impressive restaurant space, with Tsunami Axis also managing the IT install on desking and coordinating the move of over 1000 people into the space.
Design
At AstraZeneca, Tsunami Axis provided a relaxed yet functional space with quirky fabrics on soft seating and gentle tones on the task furniture, creating a vibrant space that has transformed the users’ experience and made it a joy to work from.
Supplier Coordination
Furniture was sourced through project supply partners including Herman Miller, Vitra, Orangebox, Hay and Naughtone, among others, with Tsunami Axis also supplying all rugs, freestanding and desk lamps, soft cushions and other accessories across a total of 37 different suppliers.
