After working successfully together on numerous projects, Avison Young approached Tsunami Axis to deliver their own internal fit-out at a new 500 sqm office space on Torphichen Street, Edinburgh, covering furniture supply, project management and install, and storage and warehousing.
Delivery
Tsunami Axis’s Project Manager, Shelley Wyse, picked up the brief and worked closely alongside Avison Young’s Architectural department to develop the specification and propose the right solution for their new space. Shelley managed the project attentively from start to completion, working autonomously as an extension to the client’s own project team throughout.
The result is a considered new workplace for Avison Young in the heart of Edinburgh, delivered through a collaborative approach that reflects the strength of the existing relationship between the two companies as both client and architect on this project.
