Tsunami supported rapidly growing gaming developer Creative Assembly with a major expansion project at their Horsham site, delivering task furniture, comprehensive move management, and full project planning and installation support.
Operational Complexity
Having successfully serviced this client for several years, Tsunami were asked to supply task furniture to the new site and manage the relocation of staff both to the new site and within existing sites, coordinating a total of 800 people/IT moves. This involved storing items in between moves and completing a final inventory to ensure a smooth transition throughout the process. The new site required a mixture of existing task furniture, which was utilised and updated with the new finishes needed, alongside newly supplied pieces to meet the growing demands of the business.
Space Creation
As part of the wider project, existing sites also had to be reconfigured to create dedicated spaces for breakout areas, requiring careful planning and coordination alongside the core furniture and move management work. Tsunami worked in close partnership with Creative Assembly throughout, drawing on services including storage and warehousing, move management, furniture supply, planning and design support, and project management and install, to ensure that all the moves and changes were carried out with minimal disruption to the business.
