Having outgrown their existing space, this International Law Firm relocated their Luxembourg office to the new JLL NOVA building, which holds BREEAM Very Good certification. We worked closely with Paris-based architects Lonsdale to create an employee-centric and flexible workspace.
Innovative Workspace Solutions
As the workplace continues to evolve towards more collaborative and flexible environments, our client recognised the need to transform their office space to support these new ways of working. Their new five-floor office is designed to foster connectivity and collaboration, featuring diverse spaces, including open-plan work areas, client and internal meeting rooms, and communal zones on every floor.
We collaborated with the Lonsdale and client teams to understand the specific goals of the project, ensuring that each area was designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. By working across our international offices and meticulously managing every detail, we delivered curated furniture scheme that not only align with our client’s vision but also enhance the overall work environment.
Thoughtful Design
The design of the new Luxembourg office not only reflects their esteemed position in the legal industry but also introduces subtle yet impactful elements that elevate the overall aesthetic. The space is bathed in natural light, enhancing the carefully selected furniture and design features. Iconic Knoll Platner chairs take pride of place in the reception area, complemented by bird-shaped lights that add a whimsical touch, creating an inviting first impression for visitors.
Tailored Solutions
In the meeting and boardrooms, bespoke William Hands tables were custom-made to hide all power cables, offering a sleek and uncluttered appearance. Sejour armchairs by Gubi and Quilton sofas by Hay provide comfortable yet stylish seating options, while the Nora Duo Massage chair by Komoder introduces an element of relaxation, ensuring that team members can recharge.
