Creating a Space Fit for Purpose
The brief was to build a new platform on which to harness the energies and capabilities of a talented team, supporting growth and development across the business. Tsunami Axis approached the project with this wider purpose in mind, shaping a space designed to further improve the way in which Pan Macmillan works both internally and with all their authors, illustrators, customers and other partners.
The result is a workplace that goes beyond simply providing desks and furniture, instead creating an environment built to support collaboration and connection across everyone Pan Macmillan works with, reflecting the creative and collaborative nature of the publishing business itself.
