Willmott Dixon approached Tsunami Axis to help re-design their office in Hitchin, drawing on furniture supply, workplace consultancy, planning and design support, and project management and install for this property sector client.
Designing for collaboration
The design and consultancy process led to the development of an agile neighbourhood workplace, created to help support Willmott Dixon’s various project teams while also increasing collaboration throughout the office. As one of the largest construction companies in the UK, working across contracting, residential development and property support, Willmott Dixon needed a workplace flexible enough to reflect the breadth of their business and the diverse teams operating within it.
The result is a modern, collaborative workspace for Willmott Dixon’s Hitchin office, laying the groundwork for a strong working relationship that would later see Tsunami Axis return to support the company’s Letchworth office too.
