Design-Led Approach

Every detail, from materials and lighting to layout and styling, has been meticulously crafted by architects and designers MoreySmith across the building, resulting in a contemporary luxury workspace that enhances creativity and collaboration.

High-end furniture from prestigious brands such as Pierre Frey, Ivano Redaelli , and Poiat is featured throughout. In the reception area, Tacchini’s soft, enveloping Julep sofa sits alongside the Litho Slipper Chair by Pierre Frey, creating a sculptural, artistic setting.

Sahco fabric, chosen for its exceptional quality, covers the desk dividers. “Many people seek newness, but I believe greatness is a better ambition. Our intention is to create products that have a reason to be.” – Bengt Thornefors, Creative Director at Sahco.

In the meeting rooms, Brunner’s Ray collection of tables and chairs was selected for their sleek, high-end finish.

Environmental Choices

Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project. In the quiet rooms, &Tradition’s EU Ecolabel-certified Rely Chairs were chosen, featuring shells crafted from 100% recycled plastic. Producing furniture from recycled plastic uses up to 88% less energy compared to manufacturing the same furniture from virgin plastic materials. This significant reduction in energy consumption helps decrease the overall carbon footprint of the production process, thereby reducing the environmental impact of this project.

In the deli area, a bespoke table, manufactured by Tables for Business from reclaimed Solid Character Oak and designed by MoreySmith, stands out as a key feature. Using reclaimed wood not only requires less processing and fewer resources but also saves 10-15 mature trees for every ton of reclaimed wood used.

Project Highlights

MoreySmith specified a wide variety of non-standard materials across textiles and veneer finishes to achieve a completely tailored and high-end design. This required precise coordination, which we successfully managed, ensuring that all finishes matched seamlessly throughout the scheme, maintaining a consistent aesthetic.
