Tsunami Axis were delighted to support the delivery and installation, product support, and furniture project management for the newly refurbished Category A listed Clockwise Offices, a vibrant flexible workspace with café and bar area in Edinburgh’s Commercial Quay district, spanning 31,780 sq ft.
History of the Project
Working alongside client Castleforge and architects Morgan Architects, the project transformed former warehouses and a gunpowder store into dynamic, flexible workspaces. The fantastic architecture and interior design repurposed these historic buildings, with the refurbished style carefully tailored to suit both the character of the building and the surrounding area. The result is a set of flexible working environments that don’t compromise on atmosphere — offering practical, adaptable spaces for modern serviced office use while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming feel throughout. From the café and bar area to the wider workspaces, the design supports a variety of ways of working and socialising under one roof.
