Sage continues to evolve its European workplaces through a coordinated programme spanning the UK, Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. Barcelona forms an important part of that journey. Delivered in partnership with Sage and Loop Interiors, the project demonstrates how a consistent workplace vision can be realised locally while remaining part of a wider European framework.
Connected Workplace
Located within the A111 building in Barcelona’s 22@ innovation district, the workplace brings together more than 600 Sage colleagues across a floor and a half. The design balances functionality with warmth, creating a space that supports focused work, collaboration and social interaction while reflecting Sage’s brand identity.
Cross Boarder Delivery
Tsunami Axis supported Sage as commercial furniture partner across the wider programme, providing continuity across multiple live projects in different countries. The same delivery team worked alongside designers, contractors and suppliers to maintain consistency in furniture strategy, ergonomics and procurement across locations.
Consistent European Framework
Barcelona reflects Sage’s global workplace language. Light filled environments, natural materials and a green neutral palette create a recognisable identity shared with offices in London, Bordeaux, Metz, Porto and Leipzig. Ergonomic furniture including desks, monitor arms and task seating from Humanscale provides a consistent experience for employees regardless of location.
Alongside this shared framework, the Barcelona project introduces local character through carefully selected finishes and accessories. The result is a workplace that feels distinctly Barcelona while remaining unmistakably Sage, demonstrating how a global vision can be delivered successfully at a local level.
