London represents the latest milestone in Sage’s evolving European workplace programme, which spans multiple locations across the UK, Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. Building on lessons from earlier projects, the new workplace demonstrates how a global workplace strategy can mature and strengthen as it expands across borders.
Iconic Landmark Location
Designed by Morgan Lovell, the office sits within Tower Bridge Court, offering views across Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the wider City skyline. The building itself holds strong sustainability credentials, placing the workplace within one of the UK’s leading sustainable commercial developments.
Consistent Delivery Partnership
Tsunami Axis partnered with Sage as commercial furniture partner across the wider programme, maintaining the same delivery team across each location. This continuity enabled knowledge gained from earlier projects in Barcelona, Bordeaux, Metz and Leipzig to inform the London delivery, strengthening supplier coordination and refining the overall process.
Shared Workplace Identity
The workplace builds on Sage’s established design language. Light filled spaces, natural materials and a green neutral palette create a recognisable identity that connects the London office with its European counterparts. Ergonomic furniture including desks, task seating and monitor arms from Humanscale provides a consistent experience for employees across all locations.
Future Frameworks
London also pushes the programme further, testing new ideas and workplace approaches that will inform future projects. The result is a workplace shaped by shared learning across Europe, demonstrating the value of a coordinated global partnership delivered at a local level.
