Complex projects have a lot of moving parts, and our role is to keep them moving in step. We coordinate manufacturers, logistics and site teams alongside the client, the main contractor and other trades, planning each delivery and installation around the wider programme so our work lands at the right time without disrupting anyone else’s. Across multiple sites and locations, that coordination is run by one team applying the same standards everywhere, so clients get the same result whether the project is in Europe or Asia.
