With the current social distancing guidelines in place, we have been thinking hard about how we can contribute to help people’s mental health at this uncertain time.
If you would like to take part in a lovely morning yoga session, our lovely colleague, Emma Brown (200 hours yoga alliance certified) is taking classes every Tuesday-Friday morning at 6.45am til 8.00am.
It will be a great way to start the day with a short meditation, some breathing exercises (pranayama) and postures (asana) followed by relaxation (savasana).
Everyone will be able to take part as the goal of yoga is connecting mind and body with breath and not tying yourself up in a pretzel knot! If you don’t want people to see you, you can mute your video and microphone.
We will monitor the demand and try to hold enough classes so everyone can join in. If you are interested, please RSVP to Emma’s email directly so she can invite you!
